Post Aquarian Nimbin was founded on principles of responsibility for self-care and wellbeing. Birth & Beyond was established as a centre for home-birthing and later home to Nimbin Apothecary, the first over-the-counter herbal and homeopathic dispensary in the region with free access to qualified natural health practitioners. Nimbin is home to a plethora of health and wellbeing practitioners who contribute in countless ways to the resilience of community.
